Part of the book "landscape handbook of 1852" by the spanish uruguayan painter and calligrapher juan manuel besnes e irigoyen. Two 31 cm black and white plans. Wide x 20 cm. High. Description made partly in pencil and partly in ink: "plan of the casa de caseros taken in haste on april 13, 1852. The front has about 32 steps. Palomar de pereyra plan distant from the casa de caseros about 100 vs. Diameter from outside to outside about 30 vs. " in another section it describes: "explanation 1 room 2 piece that looks like a bedroom 3 loft or viewpoint 4 room in communication with the viewpoint 5 apparently dining room 6 corridor 7 room 8 sheds 9 staircase pa. The lookout 10 stable 11 well 12 ombu-". Date: 1852.
