Nuévalos (Aragón), Carlos de Haes, circa 1856

To the left, a stony path bordered by bushes and trees opens up a slope, which disappears behind a rock barrier on the right. Mountainous background silhouetted against the sky. It is likely that it is the same place represented in (p04382 and d05187), although the background, perhaps due to having a higher focus, is hidden by the vegetation in the foreground (gutiérrez márquez, a. , carlos de haes in the museo del prado 1826-1898, madrid, 2002). Object Type: painting. Date: circa 1856. Dimensions: height: 38.5 cm (15.1 in); width: 61 cm (24 in). Medium: oil on canvas. Collection: Museo del Prado. Nuévalos (Aragón), por Carlos de Haes
