Memorial plaque of the monument to the public address system loudspeakers of world war ií siege of the city then named leningrad. Above the plaque there is a replica of a wartime loudspeaker. Unveiled in 2002 on the corner of the city's main thoroughfare nevsky prospect avenue and pedestrian malaya sadovaya ulitsa street, a short walk from the city's broadcasting radio house that worked throughout the war to inspire city residents and warn them of air raids from nazi germany.
