The kabuki actors (l-r) iwai shijaku as hara goemon, ichimura takenojo (utaemon xii) as oboshi yuranosuke, arashi kichisaburo as enya hangan takasada, performing seppuku, otani tomoemon as ono kudayu, and ichikawa kuzo and nakayama bungoro as the two commissioners ishido umanojo and yamana jirozaemon.
