A hand-coloured lithograph depicting female dancers from the sandwich islands (now known as the hawaiian islands). It was based on an original work by louis choris, the artist aboard the russian cruiser rurick, which visited hawai'i in 1816. Date: 1822. Dimensions: height: 18 cm (7 in); width: 29.5 cm (11.6 in)..
