The famous house in karthau - józsef báró eötvös, one of the first inhabitants of the hill, the smaller cottage at the end of the garden is considered by many to be the most beautiful building in the area. Unfortunately, the eötvös villa was destroyed, only the garden house remained, which eötvös named the karthauzi house. Today it is located at karthauzi utca 14. Date: 1875.
