Portrait of king gustaf iii wearing a grey-blue coat, waistcoat and white neckerchief. Over the right shoulder the blue ribbon of the order of the seraphim, held by a brilliant clasp at the shoulder. He wears the brilliant commander's cross of the order of the sword around his neck, and on his left breast the brilliant crash of the order of the seraphim looms. The king rests his hand on a marshal's staff, and a royal robe of purple is draped around him. The painting is from about 1775 and made by jakob björck. The frame is probably carved by pehr jung and shows the small coat of arms at the top, surrounded by the chain of the order of seraphim. At the top, a royal crown crowns the frame and the coat of arms. Date: 1 January 1775.
