The stalin monument at the agricultural exhibition in moscow was built in 1939 and demolished in 1951 (as approved by stalin himself). The photo, quite likely, dates to 1939 or 1940. The archive's reference to the zeppelins is incorrect; the open pavilion was too small to house any. Unknown date
