Svend poulsen, gøngehøvdingen, approach the priest christen nielsen spend in vor frue kirke in vordingborg. The priest has hidden the money which svend poulsen is going to bring to copenhagen. Svend poulsen (app. 1610 - app. 1679) and christen nielsen spend (app. 1632 - 1679) were real persons but the story is fiction. The look of svend poulsen is also fantasy as there is no known portraits of him. Christen nielsen spend in turn appears a lot older than he actually was.
