My dear mum! i have received your lovely airmail letter. You will have received my letters too. We have moved again and am temporarily living in a pani house; we have not yet determined whether there are bedbugs. The “matka” washes and darns the socks. I do not yet know when i will be back on duty. Otherwise i am very well; the wound is almost completely healed. There is nothing else new; the mail is already being picked up.
