The saône and its quays, view upstream (right bank to the left, left bank to the right). On the saône, the serin bridge, replaced in 1972 by the kœnig bridge. Against the right edge of the image, we see part of the subsistances building; to its left, toupees (tops) of trees and again to the left the gable of the granary of abundance. The tops of trees mark the place de la butte, surrounded by a wall and of which we can see the portico surmounted by a sign overlooking the rise of the butte.
