I received the 1. 50 g [groschen?]. I am healthy and happy and hope the same from you. Yesterday we were at the krecklmoos grill where we went boating on the lake. And then we went back to breitenwang where we visited the now restored parish church. Our teacher is miss marie lagg, the daughter of a school principal [thomas lagg, 1865 - 1945; picture] in ehenbichl. We have a very good life with her. I am sitting in her apartment now writing. I got a pair of trousers, a shirt and a pair of shoes from her, isn't that nice? yesterday i got a chamois foot from a hunter [good for a knife handle] and capercaillie feathers from mr. Mörle. On monday there was a wedding at the castle inn, so we went to rieden (a village in the ehenbichl community) for dinner, the food was very good. Rieden is an hour away from here. On thursday it snowed on the mountains, it was a wonderful sight, we are completely surrounded by mountains. I have also already learned to ride a bike, the children here ride at the age of four, miss laag's father is 70 years old and drives to church in reutte every day. The weather is not nice today, it has been raining all day. How is the weather where you are? you don't need to worry about falls or drowning, miss laag, is looking after us.
