Battle of march 25, 1814 between the corps of marshal of france marmont and marshal of france mortier, numbering 30,000 people, and the union army, heading for paris. The french were defeated and forced to retreat, losing about 5,000 people and a lot of guns. It was the last battle in the north before the abdication of napoleon from the throne.
