circular dish resting on a large circular foot. Compartmentalized decor. In the central medallion: rock and plants; on the cavetto: floral sprigs. Iconographic description:
interior: central medallion, bamboo and prunus on either side of a rock; cavetto: from the central medallion radiate eight leaf-shaped medallions with a lobed accolade top; each is painted with one or two floral sprigs; they stand out against a decorated blue background, between each medallion of a half flower; the lip is highlighted with a frieze of triangulated motifs, each containing half a flower. Exterior: the wall is decorated with two leafy sprigs; on the basis illegible drawing; the dish is mounted inside a metal strapping so that it can be suspended. Mode of acquisition: legacy
