Ivan Enchev-Vidyu Bulgarian Folk Crosses 842, 11 October 1919

842. A doll - a tombstone, around the cemetery of borisovgrad, cut from an oak board. The head of the doll is elliptical. Its upper end ends with a polygonal cap. Flower ears are cut on the sides of the head, and a saw cross cut on the face. Wings emerge from her neck, the outer edges of which are cut into her body. This doll is a type of many other [monuments] around this cemetery. Dimensions: 2. 5x36x12 cm. Sketched on 11. H. 1919. (item 5, arr. 16. ). Date: 11 October 1919.
