this plate is announced by the bibliographie de la france of december 8, 1832: "n°. 780 -- la caricature (journal), [. . . ] -- fourth drawing of the monthly subscription. Great harvest of the budget. Year of the comet, happy new year, full year, by j. J. Granville and m. Imp. Lith. De becquet, in paris. It was attached, for subscribers, to the delivery of november 29 1832. The “association” plates began to be published in august 1832 and were announced as follows: “we had promised, to the members of the association for the freedom of the press, to give them a drawing each month, the value of which was much higher than the contribution of each associate.
