Portrait of the spanish cardinal luis maría de borbón y vallabriga (1777-1823), who was the son of the infante luis de borbón y farnesio and grandson of king felipe v of spain. He was archbishop of seville and also of toledo and died in madrid on march 18, 1823. In addition, there is evidence that there are several replicas and versions of this official portrait, which coincides in its technique with the works of agustín esteve, although the original and undoubted one by goya is preserved in the são paulo art museum in brazil.
