Ivan Enchev-Vidyu Bulgarian Folk Crosses 527, 22 August 1930

527. Life-size bronze cross, 1. 5 m thick. It is placed in holy water and tied to the forehead or [to] another place on the body where it hurts in order to heal; you sleep with him. Don't wear it when you're in church. Four-winged, with flared ends, concave inwards - there is a cap in the middle. It is tied with a red thread. 60-70 years old. Through the church of the tran monastery "st. Archangel michael". Sketched on 22. Vš. 1930. (vol. 13, obr. 39. ). Date: 22 August 1930.
