First fraternity house of atv arminia in tübingen at neckarhalde 35. In front is the former house at neckarhalde 35, the first house of the student fraternity atv arminia, acquired in 1902. Above you can see the fraternity house av virtembergia (built in 1912) on the schlossberg, below on the left the first house of virtembergia, neckarhalde 44, which it acquired in 1899 and sold to nicaria in 1911. The first resident of the house was the painter christoph friedrich dörr, who bought it for his family in 1830. Date: 1913.
