Captain ziegler, a german mercenary hired by the swedish army, is killed by ib abelsøn as revenge for his sister soffi whose dead the captain was in part responsible for. The officers at the window has just seen how just seen the track of gunpowder ib abelsøn and kasper dam has been laying in the court of the mansion holmegaard where they are.
