Bust of fidel cano, located in parque bolivar, medellín, colombia. In 1925, the bust of the antioquia journalist fidel cano gutiérrez, founder of the newspaper el espectador (the oldest in colombia, which was born in medellín), was installed and inaugurated in the bolívar park. The sculpture is the work of master francisco antonio cano, and was promoted and financed by the public improvement society of medellín, in compliance with a law of congress of 1920.
