So. Called portrait of anne of austria (1601-1666), wife of louis xiii of france, but it’s probably a depiction of anne marie louise d'orléans (1627-1693), granddaughter of henry iv of france. Identification proposed by user ecummenic (talk) based on the comparison with some portraits of this princess (see images below). Date: 17th century.
