Ivan Enchev-Vidyu Bulgarian Folk Crosses 587, May 1910

587. Triptych crosses, wooden icon found in kurilo, sofia. Worked in the 16th century; they are made with black oil paint (on plasterboard primed) on the altar of st. Ivan chrysostom; four-winged; in the corners where the wings cross, there is a dot each. Copied with twice the size of the original from the collection of yves. Enchev-vidyu, in may 1910. (vol. 2, obr. 43. ). Date: May 1910.
