644. A. Cross - tombstone, in the cemeteries of the town. Samokov. It was carved from "oil" (gneiss) stone in 1850 (others similar to it in the cemetery bear this date. ) four-winged; its wings quartered; the upper three ending in an apple each. On its face is engraved a line parallel to the terminal outline, and [is] carved a four-winged cross with a bud in middle. On the back (b) is engraved a cross in the shape of the letter "x".
