505. Cross - tombstone, in the cemeteries of the town. A niche roughly carved between 1860 and 1880. Of soft gray limestone; four-winged. Its lower wing is the longest, with cord-like processes on the sides, with apples at their lower ends, and is driven without a plinth into the ground. All wings expand outward; their inner lines are arcuate; at the ends the wings are joined by a wreath, from which the spaces between the wings become triangular. The outer walls of the upper three wings end with three apples each with a diameter of 9 cm. The face of the cross without the fourth part of the lower wing is lowered, leaving a convex strip 2 cm wide at the end contour instead of a cornice. When the face is bowed, a cross and angels are made in relief; the cross is four-winged, its upper wings are shorter and crossed once more with semicircles; the lower wing is longer, with a stand at the side, from which emerge volute ornaments. Dimensions: 190x100x16 cm. Sketched on 24. Iv. 1916. (t. 3, obr. 28. ). Date: 24 April 1916.
