The 19th century gothic revival mosaic of the central tympanum (above the main gate) of the cathedral santa maria del fiore in florence, italy. Made in venice in 1886 after drawings by it:nicolò barabino, it shows christ on throne, with virgin mary and saint john the baptist, and several local saints, among them saint reparata and saint zenobius, patron saints of the city, which is symbolized by the lilies in foreground.
