brunet, joly and vauxdoré in the innocents family or how love comes. (vaudeville, montausier theater). Character, collective portrait of actors, theater comedians. Stage costumes, early empire style. Breeches, hat, vests decorated with flowers, ribbon and bouquets of flowers attached to the buttonhole of the frock coat, tights, shoes. Historical commentary:
the little dramatic gallery: series of 1636 drawn and engraved plates. Performance of actors in theater costume. Other artists contributed: bodin (card00126) and carle thévenin (card00127). Drawings by bodin were engraved by maleuvre. The numbers written on the drawings correspond to the serial numbers of the engravings. Some designs were reused in théâtre de marion du mersan.
