Its castle was built by lőrinc pekry before 1682 in late gothic style. Pekry's wife was kata szidónia petrőczy, the first known hungarian poetess. In march 1709, the imperial troops besieged, captured and burned it. Its new owner, ádám radák, later rebuilt it, it was in good condition until 1962, several institutions operated there. It was restored in the 1990s. Date: 1875.
