An angry god the father punisches sinful mangend with plague arrows. The sufferers send their prayers to god through the mediation of intercessionaries beginning with the two plague saints, roch and sebastian, who pass the pleas to mary. Mary adresses her son displaying her uncovered breast, who in turn, presents the prayers to his father, showing his wounds. Object Type: altar, group of paintings. Genre: religious art.
