A ship., Carl Dahl, between 1830 and 1865

The experts at bruun rasmussen saw this as a ship of the line, but omitted the reason for this interesting choice. It was a smaller ship, with no rig. It might have been an early lightship or similar vessel, or perhaps just a hulk from a former naval ship. Dahl made another drawing to similar size in 1841, so this work could have been made at the same time. Both drawings were part of the lot. Object Type: drawing. Date: between 1830 and 1865.
