The 'rutter' arms; dexter, the arms of paul de lamerie, three tree stumps (souches); sinister, of malliet/mailet of picardie, azure 3 lions passant gules 2 and 1; part of a heraldic design, the arms within an elaborate cartouche, on top of the scrolls of which, to either side, are half-length nude young boys, holding either end of a garland.
