Design in an oval. A woodland scene; shelburne and pitt seated side by side at a rectangular table (left) draped with a cloth on which are coins and money bags. Fox (right) stands aloof scowling towards them over his right shoulder, his hands thrust in his breeches pockets. Shelburne looks at fox with a complacent smile, he holds pitt's arm.
