Frontispiece from a manual of treaties, with title written on a certificate with seal at centre, presented by a female personification with mural crown (brabant ?) to a king seated on a throne under a canopy (decorated with seven small images), personifications of 'justice' and 'intelligence' flanking the throne, a lion holding a coat of arms in foreground; after erasmus quellinus. 1651 engraving.
