Since deruluft or any other airmail company did not have a link in leningrad yet (this route was set up in june 1928 by deruluft), this cover is probably conveyed from leningrad by rail to moscow. -cancel under red etiquette- probably (moscow) a 22. 5. . -type 2 red airmail etiquette placed at moscow- 'envoyé par la poste aérienne'. Transport by deruluft to königsberg, next to berlin. -transit berlin, red boxed german rail transit hand stamp 'mit luftpost befördert bahnpostamt 4'. Conveyed from berlin by rail to basel. Date: 21 May 1925.
