Portrait of archduke joseph ii (1741-1790), future emperor of austria. He is shown with the order of the golden fleece and traditional hungarian costume, in richly embroidered long jacket, with a hungarian sword at his feet. The young prince is sitting on a rich gold embroidered cushion with his dog. On his right, a hermine coat and a crown of archduke.
