Apparition of the virgin to saint francis. This is a fragment of a large altarpiece, stolen in 1976 from a church in the municipality of sezze (in lazio). The thieves of the work of art ruined the painting, cutting it into pieces of which the only one recovered was the one depicting the virgin. Date: 1608.
