Ivan Enchev-Vidyu Bulgarian Folk Crosses 142, 18 July 1916

142. Cross - tombstone, in the "chukata" cemetery in the town of teteven. New. Four-winged; its upper wing is trapezoidal, with a wavy line at its upper edge, the side wings are small and quartered; the lower one is large, tapering at its upper end, and the lower one is driven into the ground without a plinth. The face of the monument has been lowered in order to create a cornice around its outer contour, and in the middle a cross in relief, four-winged, the upper three wings of which are crossed once more, so it has become ten-winged. A shallow niche is carved below the cross. Dimensions: 50x33x9 cm. Sketched on 18. Vp 1916. (vol. 8, obr. 76. ). Date: 18 July 1916.
