Elbertus Leoninus, Hendrik Pothoven, between 1770 and 1785

Elbertus leoninus was the latinized name of elbert de leeuw (zaltbommel, 1519 or 1520 – arnhem, 16 december 1598[1]), dutch jurist and statesman, who helped negotiate the pacification of ghent. Date: between 1770 and 1785. Medium: engraving.
