The smith asmus, the evil bodil ebbesdatter, better known as kulsoen and captain manheimer, a german mercenary hired by the swedish army, in the village bårse. Kulsoen ask asmus if he has seen svend poulsen, gøngehøvdingen, whom they are hunting. He hasn't but he tell them that colonel sparre is on the hunt too while a gønge also has around.
