José ignacio cienfuegos arteaga (santiago, october 1, 1762 - talca, november 8, 1847) was a chilean dominican clergyman. He was a hero of his country's independence, and senator and president of the congress of the republic of chile. He also held various ecclesiastical positions in santiago de chile, concepción and the holy see. Date: 19th century.
