Five subjects related to details in both pls 1 and 2 of "the analysis of beauty" (1753); winged cherub's head on the sarcophagus (pl 1, no 16), winged cherub's head with an old man's face (not in either plate), infant's head in a cap (pl 2, no 110), seated crying infant with an old man's face (pl 1, no 17), and winged cherub's head (pl 1, no 22) pen and brown ink verso: a small girl holding the lappets of a hood or kerchief on her head graphite.
