Monnet's theatre built in 1752 for the opéra-comique at the foire saint-laurent. The theatre was neoclassical in design and had two levels of boxes with an amphitheatre at the rear and a parterre for standees in front. François boucher participated in the design of the theatre and painted the ceilings. Date: 1763 (publication).
