A group of swedish horse men with the captured svend poulsen, gøngehøvdingen, and ib abelsøn. The horse men don't know that svend poulsen and ib abelsøn is secretly transporting money in a barrel so they stage a accident and let it roll into a stream where there plan to pick it up later. Svend poulsen (app. 1610 - app. 1679) was a real person but the story is fiction. Date: Original illustration from the 1890s, here reprint from 1909..
