Misierowicz Orda Kamieniec Podolski Ogród generała Jana de Witte, Napoleon Orda, 1875

Alojzy misierowicz (ca 1825–after 1900) after napoleon orda (1807–1883): witte gardens in the canyon of the smotrych river, which surrounds the ukrainian fortress town of kamianets-podilskyi (кам'янець-подільський). The gardens and the associated palace were given by the later general józef de witte (1739–1815) in 1781 to his wife zofia glavani (1760–1822), who divorced him in the 1790s and married the magnate stanisław szczęsne potocki. The original appearance of the gardens was described by the prince of ligne in 1787 (in his work "coup-d'oeil sur beloeil"). In the background, tower no. 18 from the turkish period and the bridge connecting the suburb and the city. Lithograph, 23. 8 x 28. 8 cm. Date: 1875.
