King david, detail of a stained glass window representing the tree of jesse. This stained glass window was composed by l. Steinheil under the direction of viollet-le-duc, then produced by coffetier, glass painter. It was offered by cardinal thomas gousset in 1861. First placed in the axial chapel, it was moved to allow the installation of stained glass windows by marc chagall. Notre-dame de reims cathedral. Date: 02/02/08.
