The modern pygmalion; a nude young man, supposedly the sculptor, reclining on a couch (?), looking up at and holding the hand of his 'galatea', a naked young woman who mounts him with her left foot on the couch, guiding his member with her right hand; behind, various female and erotic statues looking on, a large urn to right with erotic bas-relief on the base; on the ground at bottom left, sculptor's tools.
