Issued in vienna, december 26, 1876, with the emperor's own signature, countersignature by interior minister joseph freiherr lasser von zollheim. Parchment spirit level, 4 sheets (= 8 pages), multi-colored calligraphy, partly heightened with gold, partly lithographically printed border, colored coat of arms signed carl boess. Violet velvet cover with gold-embossed double-headed eagle, silk moiré endpapers, attached imperial seal made of red wax in a metal capsule. Date: 1876.
