Rear admiral kabayama sukenori orders his ship, the seikyô maru, to attack the chinese ship yung-wei during the battle of the yellow sea in september 1894. Kabayama had been ordered to keep the ship out of danger but was forced to take action after it became clear that the chinese ship was trying to get away.
