Crest of manners family, a peacock in pride proper, 2nd half of 16th c. , elizabethan, stained glass, haddon hall, bakewell, derbyshire. Possibly also crest of vernon family of haddon, whose heir was manners. Date: 16th century (dated by strapwork decoration).
