description:
the beige paste pot has a red-brown painted decoration. The body is rounded, the bottom is flat, the neck is short, the mouth is wide with a lip that is now very lacunar. A band at the collar and another, halfway up the belly, delimit the surface of the painted decoration: triangles filled with cross hatching forming a grid alternate with a sun motif as if suspended by a vertical line. The figurative decoration which appears below is exceptional for the presence of horsemen armed with a bow and wearing a wide belt, participating in a hunt or a fight. Mode of acquisition: purchase
